These are custom designed print on demand products and hence unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the product has been received.
If the order was returned to us by shipping carried for incorrect address provided, we will email you on emailID provided at time of checkout and place it in temporary returns for 28 days. Re-shipping can be arranged but you will be liable for re-shipping cost.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To claim any misprints/ damage in transits/ defective items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photos of damaged goods still packed. Email all the details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received damaged item. We also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
